My fellow inebriates,
I’m typing this with my paws because my parents refused to help me. They said it is too tacky to post and that only an asshole would inventory the booze after a party.
I said I can’t help it, I have nothing else to do. It’s sitting in a pile by the fridge. It’s that or stare at the wall.
So hey, it’s net positive. We should have more parties.
What do you think? Do you like having extra booze left over after a party? Or are you, like, Mother Teresa?
And how do you like my typing? It took me about five hours.

Five hours well spent. I love left over booze after a party. I know I have something to drink on Sunday (or Sat and Sun if the party is on Friday). I especially like when guests bring their own beer and leave a couple of cans behind. I had several beer I wouldn’t have bought for myself from that.
I have to say though that I note a preponderance of gin on the list. Gin doesn’t even make an appearance at my parties. I don’t seem to know anyone who drinks it.
Dude, I’m glad I’m not the only one who likes inheriting miscellaneous beer. It’s pretty pretentious of my parents to say it’s not a bonus. And what do you mean no gin?! Really? What about whisky? It’d be great if people left big bottles of that behind. And maybe some Goldschlager because I still haven’t got my paws on it. Or absinthe…
BTW, I am humbled and overjoyed you’re still reading this blog. I’ve been AWOL for a long time.
